Christian Montessori Academy of Irvine Reviews

My older 2 went through preschool and kinder programs. We loved the teachers. We recently had to move my kindergartener and preschooler to a new school due to unforeseen events. We strongly suggest that you search information on this school on OC Register website.

Our daughter started at CMA when she was 4 months old. She is now 2.5 and loves 'school'. We too love the school. The teachers are very caring and nurturing. We are extremely happy and we know our daughter is in a learning, loving environment.

This school is run efficiently, but without much care for the children. Concerns or requests are met with indifference at best. There are some genuinely caring teachers here (about 30%), but the rest are punching in/out. The school is so large, that your 3-4 year old may feel overwhelmed here. Certainly wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a nurturing, caring environment.

'Montessori' in the name of th eschool is misleading as they do not teach the complete montessori curriculum for example cursive writing. Only 2 hours of serious work is done in a week for preschoolers. Even the full time students do not benefit much as there is no substantial teaching in the after noons. Enquire very carefully before you enroll your child.

Great toddler class program. Many varying hours, loving teachers and safe environment. I highly recommend it!

Good school - communication with parents poor!
