Centralia Elementary School Reviews

I have three sons who went to this school and I have nothing but great things to say about the teachers and the staff. The principal, Dr. Cindy Chaffee, is the best I have ever known. Mr. Fairchild...no better teacher exists! The teachers are friendly and staff is helpful. Thank you for all you did for my boys.

My three daughters attended this school from 1998 to 2004. Of course my first daughter started in 1998 and this is the best school I have been involved with. We now live in Arizona and there is no school better than this school. The staff there and teachers are the best. Especially the front office staff at the time I was there. I want to think this school from the bottom of my heart on how great they treated my kids. Special thanks to Mrs. Delgado the best in the world. I am glad I moved to Arizona, But I wish I could have brought the Centralia staff with me. Teachers out here do not have that much spunk for the kids. Except Principal Patty Buck. She is Great!

My Daughter is currently in the third grade at Centralia and I love the staff and the school. I went to this school when it was open in the 80's and I am very glad to say that my daughter is a student. I also would like to say thank you to all the teachers and the office staff because they really care about the kids and that is what we need in the schools now days.

My child attends Centralia Elementary School. The teachers are always there to lend a hand when needed for that I am impressed. I believe more staff is needed in the afternoon dismissal of children. I myself have noticed the foul mouth of kids. Along with seeing kids be bullied. I myself have turned kids into the office for doing this. More staff would help cover the school property and keep kids safe. Cause teachers do their very best to support our kids.

My child started in this school last year and I am very impressed about how much the teachers and staff care about the students. They encourage the students to succeed and for the parents to be involved. I have felt that I can approach my child's teachers or school staff about any issue and get either their support or they would work with me to resolve the issue. I am very glad we moved to this district. I firmly believe that anything my child needs to succeed can be provided by the school or they can give a referral.

The classes are a bit crowded. The teachers are friendly, helpful and seem to really care for each student. The academic program was good for the Kindergarden level, they had high expectations for the students and really worked hard to get the students to learn not only at school but at home as well (several pages of homework). I am not too familiar with any extracurricular activites this school may offer, but I know the Kindergarten classes have PE - which is a good start. This school requires a fair amount of parent involvement, the homework is not so complex that the students are unable to complete without parent assistance, but parental assistance is needed.

Awesome school. I have two children currently in Centralia and have had nothing but good experiences with both the teachers and administrative staff. They strive for excellence at Centralia! My children have been given an excellent start here and the curricullum is well taught.
