Los Amigos High School Reviews

Los Amigos has a GREAT honors/AP program and the teachers there really care about your grades and future.

LAHS is a great school, with good and caring teachers. My child live going to Los Amigos

People say los is a bad school, but it is not. There are great teachers and it is clean.

omg im a currently a student and i think is excellent.

I work at Los Amigos and the school is spotless by the time the students get out. It's one of the cleanest schools in the county. The principal is awesome - also one of the best in the county. It's a tough population to work with, but the school is great!

Everyday after and before school, the children jay-walk across the streets and one time there was even an accident. There is so much trash all over the campus and the school needs to get more orginized.

The school has a spiritful student body and leadership program. Students are very aware of and participate in extracurricular activities.

Its funny that teachers say that they will get more and more 'involved' as they would say with the students ,but the only thing I see is teachers getting frustrated because of kids or teens not understanding the standard in every class.

My daughter attended her freshman year at this school, and while the staff had the best of intentions, I think there are too many students for them to properly assist through school. I was saddened by the lack of personal attention and felt like my questions or requests for assistance fell on deaf ears several times.

This school is great. It has a great ESL department that really encourges and motive ESL students. The English department not so awesome, but average.
