The school facilities have recently been painted including colorful murals and are in good shape. She is currently in the 5th grade GATE program and is being challenged academically in many more ways. The 3 GATE teachers are exceptionally strong at teaching their specialties and seem to take a vested interest in each student. We have noticed a remarkable difference in our daughters studying skills, depth of knowledge, and comprehension of the material she is learning in all of her classes. She has always possessed a 'natural' ability to excel in school, however this GATE program is so strong that our 'A' student is now 'working' for B's and A's. We have also noticed a difference in our daughters desire to learn more and her enjoyment of school.
